INFORMAL ROLL UPS AND MATCHES
We offer organised roll ups (or casual games) every Monday and Friday starting at 2.00pm with a preferred arrival time of 1.30pm. The cost of these games is £2 for members and £5 non-members. This price includes refreshments halfway through the games. These are informal afternoons with no strict dress code apart from of course those flat soled shoes!
The club currently participates in two leagues; The County Federation League Division One on Tuesday evenings, and the Norfolk Afternoon League on various week days.
These cost members £2 to play in. They are open to all members but our elected team captain choses the teams to play in each month. Please note grey and white attire must be adhered to during these formal matches.

SOCIAL EVENTS
A number of social events are normally organised during or after the season and fun competitions are occasionally organised for members. These usually finish with drinks and a buffet or possibly a barbecue.
We also hold fish and chip nights coupled with different styles of quizzes in the Sports Pavilion which has a licensed bar. Expect much banter and competition! One of the highlights of the year is our annual Christmas get together which usually involves a meal at a local restaurant or hostelry.
It is also hoped to hold a 1960’s music and fund raiser night later in the year, so watch this space!
Touring teams are always welcome to play in a friendly match toward the end of the season and this year we have Stamford Town Bowls Club visiting us on September 7th.
